Serves 3
1.5 lb pumpkin or squash peeled and chopped
1 medium onion chopped
1 sm sweet potato peeled and chopped
1 clove garlic crushed
2 liter chicken broth
6 tblsp Island Spiced Hot sauce
oil
salt
sweat onion and garlic over medium heat for five to ten minutes. Add pumpkin, potato and stock. Bring to a boil and simmer 30 minutes until soft. use a whisk to crush pumpkin and potato. add chef carlton’s Island spiced hot sauceĀ and salt as needed. garnish soup with additional hot sauce when serving
