3 Tbsp Chopped Onion
2 Tbsp Chopped Ginger
1/4 Cup Rum
1 Cup Coconut Milk
2 Ripe bananas
1 Tbsp Cilantro
2 Tbsp Island Spiced Hot Sauce
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
Salt To Taste

Cook onion and ginger in oil lightly carmalized add rum and then the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Puree with hand blender and adjust seasoning.
