2 Lb Beef Sirloin Cut in Cubes
1 Medium Onion Chopped Fine
2 Tbsp Island Spiced Hot Sauce
2 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Steak Spice
2 Cloves of garlic Minced
1 Carrot Chopped Fine
3 Tbsp Oil
4 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Bottle Red Stripe Beer
Sprig of Fresh Thyme
1 Medium Onion Chopped Fine

Method:
Marinate beef with hot sauce, garlic, staek spice, salt and onion for about 1 hour. Over high heat brown meat well in the oil add tomato paste and mix well. add beer and thyme bring to a boil and reduce heat to a slow simmer and cook for about 45 minutes or until tender. Add more beer or water as required. Serve with rice, pasta or mashed potatoes
