Jerk Burgers with Avocado pineapple Salsa

makes 8- 4 oz patties

2 lbs. ground beef
1 Tbsp. ketchup
4 Tbsp.Jerk marinade or sauce
1 Tbsp parrika
3 Tbsp cup bread crumbs
salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Form into six patties and grill to desired doneness.
Serve on warm soft buns.

Charred Pineapple and Avocado Salsa

Ingredients:

1 can sliced pineapple (chopped) and Charred
2 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
2 1/2 tsp. pineapple juice
1 tsp. cider vinegar*
1 tsp paprika
3 Tbsp. lime juice
3 Tbsp. red onion, finely diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 avocado, finely dicedfresh herbs

Directions:

Charred pineapple in hot pan, cool slightly and add remaining ingredients and correct
