Curry Chicken

serves 6
6 chicken legs
1 cups water
1 onions, chopped
3-5 tablespoons Jamaican Style curry powder
1 tsp tumeric
3 tbsp mixed spices
pinch of all spice
1/2 clove garlic, chopped
1 sprig thyme
4 cups chicken stock or water
2 slices hot pepper (optional)
Salt and pepper

Cut chicken into 3’s . mix with spices, and a bit of oil and brown well add onions & garlic and cook a bit more. Add remaining ingredients bring to a boil and simmer about 45 minutes . Taste correct season and thicken as needed
