Curry Chicken Mango Avocado Wrap

2 lb chicken breast- cut in strips
2 tbsp curry powder
1/2 to 1 tsp tumeric
1 tbsp chicken spice
1 tsp garlic dried or fresh
1 tsp thyme dried or fresh
1 samll onion chopped
salt
oil

Method: Mix all ingredients together and let sit 30 minutes. Heat oil in pan and sautee the chicken breast until completely cooked abot 10 to 20 minutes and correct seasoning.

The Wrap
6 mulit grain tortilla wrap
1 firm mango- sliced
2 ripe avocados–sliced
lettuce chopped
2 red pepper – slice thin
chili sauce

Method: Spread chili sauce on tortilla and arragne curry chicken and remaining ingredients to wrap, roll up and enjoy.

Serves 6
