Crab Shrimp Cakes

8 oz crab meat (cooked)
8 oz. Shrimps (cooked & chopped)
3 stalks scallions (minced)
1/4 cup mixed sweet peppers (minced)
Chopped mixed herbs dill, cilantro, parsley, thyme
2 tbsp citrus rub
Salt & pepper to taste
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup bread crumbs

Beading

 

1/2 cup flour
3 eggs + 1/4 water
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs

Method: bread cakes by dipping cake into flour then in egg mixture then into bread crumbs. Do this process one by one for best results. Pan-fry cakes or in a deep fryer using fryers user manaul instructions.

Served with spicy Roasted Pepper Habanero Dip
