Coconut Curry Shrimp

1 lb 21/25 shrimp- peeled and cleaned
2 tbsp butter
small onion chopped
1/4 white wine
1/2 cup Island Spiced Coconut Curry Sauce
 chopped herbs ie. cilantro, parsley or chives
juice of 1 lime
salt and pepper

Method: Sautee onion, shrimp in butter over  medium high heat,  until shrimp is half way cooked. Add the white wine, lime juice, curry sauce, herbs and correct seasoning. Bring to a boil until shrimps are fully cooked, serve over steamed rice od cooked noodles
