Caribbean Coconut Jerk Chicken

3 lb chicken legs – cut up
6 tbsp Chef Carlton jerk marinade
3 tbsp coconut cream or powder
1/2 can coconut milk
1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Method : mix all ingredients together, place in roasting pan and place in 400 degrees oven and bake for 20 minutes and reduce heat to 300 degrees and cook another 25 minutes until done. Serve with rice or a salad.
