Chef Carlton is the Caribbean Chef for the Real Canadain Superstore in the Ottawa Reigon. Chef Carlton do monthly cooking demos at the Loblaws cooking schools, cooking a variety of traditional and modern Jamaican & Island dishes Spiced the Island way 

 
 We specialize in small corporate events and special events such as birthdays, dinner parties, summer bbq, private parties and cooking lessons. Relax unwind and let Chef Carlton and his team organize and cater your next event.

Chef Carlton and his years of culinary experience in Jamaican and international cuisine offers a full menu planning and meal preparation courses. We offer cooking lessons for individuals or groups,whether you are a beginner in the kitchen or looking to improve on your culinary skills or the preparation of more eloborate gourmet dishes. Chef Carlton and his experienced team will guide you step by step and you will be cooking like a pro in no time.
